We're Cousins?

What in the heck!?!
This is ridiculous!
So okay, I understand that they JUST realized that they were cousins, but really? Cathy does NOT need to sneak out to visit Linton at Wuthering Heights at night. That is stupid! Then again, Heathcliff is pushing his son to court his own cousin, which is gross in more ways than one! But OH MY GOSH! Heathcliff totally just locked Cathy and Nelly in a room! He’s letting Cathy out only to marry Linton!
